Fuel Assistance Program Guidelines

• Each submission is automatically entered in ALL drawings after the date you submit the form below

• Winners are drawn at random

• Drawings are Jan 1, Feb 1 and Mar 1 of 2026

• Two (2) winners each drawing

• Checks MUST BE PAYABLE to a valid fuel service company

• Each winner will be sent a check PAYABLE TO THEIR FUEL PROVIDER of choice for $125

• Winners are responsible for sending checks directly to their own fuel provider 

• Winners will have their STORY & CITY of address shared by Seven Lakes Snowmobile Club
