1. Print out the membership form by downloading the form to the right.

2. Mail the completed form along with a check for the membership fee of $35.00 to Seven Lakes Snowmobile Club at P.O. Box 311, East Wakefield 03830

3. You will receive a Proof of Membership Voucher in the mail after your application is reviewed.
